Nubia introduces Z60 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and 6000mAh battery

Nubia has introduced the Z60 Ultra. The smartphone has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, a 6.8” AMOLED screen and a 6000mAh battery that supports fast charging at 80W. The Z60 Ultra is available in three variants and has a starting price of 679 euros.

The Z60 Ultra measures 163.98 x 76.35 x 8.78 mm and weighs 246 grams. The smartphone’s AMOLED screen has a resolution of 2480×1116 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz and a maximum peak brightness of 1500cd/m². The Z60 Ultra comes with a 12-megapixel selfie camera that is incorporated under the screen panel. The device therefore does not have a notch.

The main camera has according to Nubia about an IMX800 sensor from Sony that can take photos with up to 50 megapixels. The ultrawide camera has a 50-megapixel sensor and the zoom camera can shoot images with a maximum of 64 megapixels. The smartphone runs on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC from Qualcomm with lppdr5x memory and UFS 4.0 storage space. Nubia has equipped the device with a battery that has a capacity of 6000mAh and can fast charge with a maximum of 80W.

The Nubia Z60 Ultra is offered in three variants in Europe. A variant with 8GB Lpddr5x ram and 256GB storage space costs 679 euros. Another variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space costs 749 euros. The most expensive variant costs 899 euros and comes with 16GB Lpddr5x memory and 512GB storage space. The device will be offered in black and gray.
