Microsoft Store Showcases Crysis Remastered With Release Date July 23

A product page for Crysis Remastered in the Microsoft Store contains images and a release date of the game. On July 23, the polished version of the game from 2007 was set to be released, according to the page. A trailer has also been released.

The product page is for the Xbox One version of Crysis Remastered. The game takes up 7GB and, according to the accompanying text, contains ‘remastered graphics, optimized for a new generation of hardware’.

In the Microsoft Store, the Crysis Remastered page also features screenshots of the modernized game. In addition, there is a second product page in Microsoft’s store for a Launch Edition of the game. The launch trailer is also on this page.

Crysis was released in 2007 and the shooter received critical acclaim for its graphics, as well as criticism for the high system requirements to run it. The game was created by Crytek and received two sequels. The remaster is being made by Crytek and Saber Interactive. Crytek itself announced that it would make an announcement about Crysis Remastered on July 1.
