Publisher 2K games releases Mafia II expansion Jimmy’s Vendetta on September 7. For the Xbox 360, the expansion costs 800 Microsoft Points; The DLC will cost $10 for PC and PlayStation 3. The expansion contains 30 missions.

As the name suggests, in the downloadable expansion Jimmy’s Vendetta, the player no longer takes on the role of Vito Scaletta, but one Jimmy, a gang member who is called upon to do dirty jobs in Empire City. As Jimmy, the player is presented with 30 missions. Publisher 2K Games promises assassination assignments, car chases and massive firefights. The publisher also promises an ‘arcade experience’ with spectacular jumps and skids with cars, and with a temporary multiplication of the points to be scored with stunts. The total point yield appears on the game’s new online leaderboard.

The expansion will be released on September 7 for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
