Bethesda Softworks is working on Rage 2. This is apparent from a teaser video that has appeared online. The studio has not yet announced the game itself. The title also appeared on a list at Walmart last week.

The teaser appeared on YouTube, but was removed there after a claim by Bethesda Softworks. Twitter user Wario64 has a gif of the fragment in a tweet posted. It contains short fragments of characters from the post-apocalyptic game world.

Rage was released in 2010 by id Software. It was not known until now that Bethesda is working on a successor. Last week, the title Rage 2 appeared on a list of unannounced games at Walmart. It also has many other games, which may be announced during the E3 fair in June.

Further details about Rage 2 are not yet known. The first part was released for Windows, macOS, the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. According to Eurogamer, the game will be officially announced later on Monday.
