Images and details have emerged of what is believed to be Samsung’s Galaxy Book S. It is a thin laptop, which may run on mobile hardware such as a Snapdragon processor.

The images and details are put online by the well-known telecom insider Evan Blass, who is often the first to reveal unannounced products. While he no longer posts his Twitter posts publicly these days, The Verge has copied the images and specs. It is a laptop with a unibody design, with a 3.5 mm and USB-c connection on the side. The case and keyboard are all one color, and the laptop has thin bezels on the side.

According to Blass, it concerns the Samsung Galaxy Book S, and it is probably a successor to the Galaxy Book 2 released last year. Although Blass does not disclose any further specifications, it is likely that the new version has comparable hardware. The Galaxy Book 2 runs on the Snapdragon 850, so Samsung may opt for the newer Snapdragon 855 for the Galaxy Book S.

It is not known when Samsung plans to release the Galaxy Book S. The Galaxy Book 2 was announced in October last year, so the release of the S variant may be planned in the fall.
