HP has posted a teaser for a VR headset that the company has made in collaboration with Microsoft and Valve. No specs and other details have been released yet, and HP has only posted a dark image of the headset.

The headset name can be found in the teaser site URL and in the HP site menu tree. The G2 should follow the Reverb and the accompanying Pro version that appeared last summer. That headset is compatible with Windows Mixed Reality and SteamVR.

The image shows two cameras on the front of the headset, which appear to indicate the use of Windows MR’s tracking system. It is possible that HP will use the Valve Index headset controllers for the new G2. It is unknown when HP will show the new headset. The teaser points out that the headset announcement will follow soon.
