Google has acquired Cornerstone Technology. This is a company from Dordrecht that assists customers in migrating legacy applications from mainframes to cloud environments. Details about the acquisition are unknown.

Google says it is acquiring Cornerstone Technology because of the experiences and solutions the company has developed. The company from Dordrecht, which was founded in 1989, confirms the takeover in a short announcement on its site.
