Firmware Update: KiSS DP-558 1.1.2

KiSS has finally released the long-awaited new firmware 1.1.2 for its DP-558. The 3.7MB size Download contains a CD image that can be used to update the existing firmware. Only when updating from version 1.0.3 is a reset of the DP-558 necessary. More information about this can be found at this one page to be found. The manual that discusses the new features is currently updated to version 1.10. The most notable innovation is Remote EPG, which allows you to remotely program the DP-558 to record a program via the Internet. The full changelog of this release looks like this:
