Firmware Update: Canon Powershot Pro1 1.0.1.0

Canon has released new firmware not only for the EOS 20D, but also for its PowerShot Pro1 digital camera† The update is provided with version number 1.0.1.0 and via this page download after entering the serial number. Anonymous: 119572 was able to tell us that this firmware release no longer has issues related to image freezing while focusing. Canon has released the changelog below:

This firmware update (Version 1.0.1.0) incorporates the following:

• AF speed improvements
• Specification changes for the way images are displayed in Continuous AF Mode
