Driver update: Hercules Catalyst 3.8

Hercules has once again released its own version of ATi’s Catalyst driver package. All owners of a Hercules video card with a Radeon chip on it can pick up that package. This time it is version 3.8 which has undergone a number of changes. The supplied changelog is the same as that of the original package.

Please make sure to uninstall your previous drivers before launching this update. For that, go into Windows Control Panel, enter into “Add/Remove Programs”. Then uninstall “ATI/Hercules Control Panel” first. Don’t reboot when prompted. Then uninstall “ATI Display Drivers” or “3D Prophet RADEON Series” and reboot when prompted.[break]The drivers are available for Windows 2k/XP and Windows 9x/ME† It Control Panel is suitable for any Windows version.
