Driver Update: Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-150/500MCE 2.0.30

Hauppauge Computer Works Benelux has released a pre-release of the 2.0.30 driver for the WinTV-PVR-150MCE and the WinTV-PVR-500MCE. The full version designation arrived at 2.0.30.23074 and includes a number of improvements in PAL support, among other things. The changelog looks like this:
