Software Update: WinPatrol 9.0.0.2

The WinPatrol program has been provided by BillP Studios with an update that changes the version number to 9.0.0.2. In this program, Scotty’s watchdog monitors the system, which should make it faster and more stable. Thus, it detects and stops spy, ad and malware, virus attacks, malicious Internet Explorer addons and prevents home page hijacks. Finally, it monitors a number of other things, including the processes running on the PC, the hosts file, and file extensions. Only a few minor changes have been made in this new version as you can read here:
