Corsair is adding a 4TB version to its MP510 SSD lineup. The highest capacity in that series of m2 SSDs was 1.92TB so far. The new SSD is available at online stores for prices of approximately eight hundred euros.

Corsair has not yet put the 4TB version of the MP510 SSD on its own website, but several international online stores have included the SSD with product name CSSD-F4000GBMP510 in their listings. More manufacturers are selling 4TB SSDs, but these are mostly 2.5″ models. At the time of writing, there is only an m2 SSD with Sabrent’s capacity in the Pricewatch.

The 4TB variant of the MP510 uses the same Phison PS5012-E12 controller as the other SSDs in the series. Corsair announced the MP510 SSDs in late 2018; the largest version at the time was 1.92TB. The MP510 SSDs until now used 3D TLC NAND with 64 layers, the new 4TB version has NAND memory made up of 96 layers.
