Corsair has announced a mouse and keyboard for gamers. The K55 RGB Gaming Keyboard and the Harpoon RGB Gaming Mouse both feature RGB lighting and adjustable buttons.

The keyboard has six programmable macro keys on the left. There are also media and volume buttons, the Windows key can be disabled and the height of the legs can be adjusted. The keyboard comes with a palm rest. Corsair does not specify which technology the company uses for the keys, but they are presumably dome switches.

The mouse has an optical sensor with a resolution of 6000dpi and with a polling rate of 1000Hz. Furthermore, the mouse has its own storage, on which settings can be saved. Thus, the computer does not need to have any software installed to use a custom dpi setting.

The Harpoon mouse is listed in the Pricewatch for sales prices starting at around thirty euros. The K55 keyboard is available from November 22 and has a suggested retail price of $ 49.99, which converted and with VAT is about 55 euros.
