AMD has put two new APUs with a TDP of 35 watts on its website. These are the Ryzen 3 2200GE and the Ryzen 5 2400GE. The GE versions have slightly lower clock speeds than the previously released G variants.

With no further announcement, AMD recently posted the product pages of the Ryzen 3 2200GE and the Ryzen 5 2400GE on its website. The specifications of the apus are the same as the previously released G models and they are also made on the same 14nm process. The GE variants are therefore not made on the 12nm process that AMD uses for the second generation of its Ryzen CPUs.

The Ryzen 5 2400G and Ryzen 3 2200G that AMD released at the beginning of this year have a TDP that can be configured between 45 and 65 watts. It is not clear whether the tdp can also be set with the GE models. AMD only mentions the value of 35 watts.

When AMD will actually sell the GE versions and what they will cost is not yet clear. The processor manufacturer has not yet put the new variants on its price list.
