ABN Amro customers suffer from internet banking failure – update

ABN Amro customers are experiencing a malfunction on Wednesday morning. They cannot log in to internet banking via the website or via the mobile applications. The bank has not yet given an indication of a time for a solution.

On All Disruptions you can see that most reports were received between eight and nine o’clock in the morning. On its website, ABN Amro shows a notice that internet banking and mobile banking are not available.

The bank’s customer service late know via Twitter that at the moment no indication can be given of the period within which the problems will be solved. It would be a ‘minor glitch’. For example, the problems prevent customers from making transfers.

Update, 12:43 PM: According to ABN Amro, the malfunction has now been fixed.
