Download PHP 4.3.3 RC4

The folks behind PHP have released the industry’s fourth and final release candidate released† The next version planned is the final of 4.3.3. The changelog leaves the following changes:

PHP 4.3.3RC4 has been released for testing. This is should be the last release candidate prior to the final 4.3.3 release. Please test this release as much as possible, so that any remaining issues can be uncovered and resolved.
