Just like last year’s Vivo Nex, the Vivo V15 Pro will have a screen without a notch. The front camera is incorporated in a small module that is tucked away in the housing and slides out at the push of a button in the software. Vivo used an 8-megapixel camera on the Nex, while the V15 Pro has a 32-megapixel camera. according to a teaser video on Twitter.

In a other video Vivo India’s Twitter account reveals that the Vivo V15 Pro will have three rear cameras. It is not yet known what functionality the cameras will get, but behind one of the lenses is a 48-megapixel sensor. The effective resolution, according to the video, is 12 megapixels, which indicates the combination of four pixels for better low-light performance. Vivo is likely to use the Sony IMX586 sensor, which was announced last year. That sensor can also be found in the Honor View 20 and according to rumors, the Xiaomi Mi 9 will receive the same image chip.

Vivo has not yet commented on other specifications, but according to rumors there is a Snapdragon 675-soc and 6GB ram in the device. The screen would be a 6.4″ OLED panel, with a resolution of 2316×1080 pixels. Vivo will present the V15 Pro on February 20, a week before the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona starts. Whether the smartphone comes to the Benelux, is not yet known.
