Vivo has launched the Vivo Apex, a smartphone that, unlike most ‘borderless’ smartphones, has virtually no edge around the screen. The screen of the Apex covers no less than 98 percent of the front of the device.
The problem of the front camera, which always requires space at the front of a smartphone, has been solved by Vivo by putting the camera away in the device. If you need it, it shoots at the top in 0.8 seconds. Despite this ‘pop-up’ camera, the Apex is only 7.8 mm thick.
The Vivo Apex is further equipped with a 5.99 inch OLED screen, a fingerprint scanner in the screen, and Snapdragon 845 processor, a double camera on the back and hi-fi audio. The price is still unknown.
