Sony has announced that Nioh 2 is in development. The company showed a short teaser announcing the development. The company has not announced when the game will be released.
The announcement was made during Sony’s E3 press conference. The teaser shows a samurai fighting a large monster. His sword is knocked out of his hands and he gets two claws through his skull. The samurai opens his eyes, pulls the claws from his head and transforms himself into a larger creature.
The game is being developed by Team Ninja, who worked on the first Nioh game, but is best known for the Dead or Alive series. No release date has yet been announced. In any case, the game is coming to PlayStation 4, but it may also come to PC later, as happened with the first part.
