Software Update: yWriter 2.2.70

Spacejock Software has released version 2.2.70 of yWriter. This program has been specially developed for people who are engaged in writing stories. There are many useful features such as schematic overviews and summaries of chapters, regular backups and easy sliding back and forth of different scenes. The developer uses the program himself for writing his stories about it Hall Space Jock. The list of changes since the previous entry in the muck tracker looks like this:

Version 2.2.70:

• Target wordcount calculates when you open it
• Project wordcount updates correctly after you import a text file
• Fixed the tooltips on the editor’s Save & Next, Save & Exit and Save buttons

Version 2.2.62:

• Added a character list form with editing.
• Updated the Target Word Count form with a snazzy progress bar

Version 2.2.61:

• When you add a new viewpoint character in a scene, they now show in project settings right away

Version 2.2.60:

• Selecting ‘project overview’ without anything in the project now gives a warning error
