Download yBook 1.5.5

Spacejock Software has released version 1.5.5 of yBook, a program for reading electronic books. The program gives the reader several options to view the e-book in book form on the screen; it is also possible to print the book. To top it all off, the program includes the ‘Gutenberg downloader’ module that allows electronic books from Project Gutenberg can be brought in. The list of changes since the previous entry in the junk tracker looks like this:

Quite a few tweaks and fixes.

Version 1.4.95:
yBook now has a ‘Seek on Amazon’ button on the main screen, my books AND the Gutenberg catalog.

Version 1.4.92:
Fixed a missing characters problem with some compressed PDB files

Printing now obeys the ‘indent’ setting.

Version 1.4.83:
Rewrote the Gutenberg catalog creator, which now takes less time to build. PLEASE click the ‘Regenerate catalog’ button before attempting to download any Gutenberg texts. Also fixed the ? Gutenberg filename problem.

Version 1.4.82:
Fixed minor display issue with ‘smart quotes’.
