Software Update: WinNc 7.8.0.0
Dunes MultiMedia has released version 7.8.0.0 of WinNc. This file manager is, as the name suggests, a clone of the time-honored Norton Commander. It can be used as an alternative to Windows Explorer and has to compete with programs like Total Commander, Altap Salamander and Directory Opus. A license costs about 35 euros and the discount of 25% still applies at the moment.
In version 7, support for Windows 10 has been added and the user interface has been refreshed. In this release some minor bugs have been fixed, the program now shows how many licenses are in use and now also users of the shareware version are notified when there is an update. The following improvements have been made in this release:
