Software update: Weather Watcher 5.6 beta 4

Weather Watcher is able to show the weather forecasts of multiple cities. For example, the temperature, humidity and air pressure are displayed. Singer’s Creations recently released the fourth beta version of Weather Watcher 5.6. The new version can be downloaded as full installation or if update if you already have an earlier version installed. Beta 4 has received the following changes:

The changes are as follows:

• Added: Apply button to Options
• Added: Weather Watcher now shows up in the Windows taskbar when Weather Watcher is visible
• Changed: Weather Watcher forecast templates, log, and export use
  instead of
• Changed: “Active City” Options buttons to “Add Code” and “Add City”
• Changed: “open Weather Watcher” system tray menu item so that it only opens Weather Watcher (it was hiding if Weather Watcher was already open)
• Changed: Weather.com cookies are no longer deleted when the weather is retrieved
• Fixed: City Search window was popping open after closing Options window
• Fixed: Map History listbox in Options was not displaying when Map History was empty
• Fixed: Options window kept opening at random times
• Fixed: Clicking severe alert tray icon balloon was displaying blank Weather Watcher window
• Fixed: When Weather Watcher starts up, it was reading in wallpaper options from an old version of Weather Watcher
• Fixed: Severe alert sound and balloon were not always displaying when new alerts were retrieved
• Fixed: “SoundS” Options “Sound until acknowledged” setting was not saving/loading properly
• Fixed: DL.EXE was freezing at times when updating the wallpaper
• Fixed: Weather Watcher no longer minimizes to the left corner (looked like a flash)
