Software Update: Weather Watcher 5.6.4

Mike Singer released Weather Watcher 5.6.3 today, but after it turned out to contain some javascript bugs, he immediately followed it up with 6.5.4. This program lets you know from the system tray what the weather forecasts are for a large number of cities in the world. For example, the temperature, humidity and air pressure are displayed. In addition, it is also possible to view moon phases and various weather and satellite maps. The changelog for this release shows the following changes:

• Detailed forecast page to Splendid forecast skin.
• “[CRLF]”and”[TAB]” template codes to be used with export template.
• Entire severe alert will be displayed when moving over the red alert bar at the top of the Splendid forecast skin when an alert exists.

• Weather was not always automatically updating when switching cities from the Weather Watcher “Change Active City” system tray icon menu item.
• Splendid Current forecast broken icon problem that was introduced by the 5.6.3 release.
