Software Update: Virtual CD 5.0

Many programs, even after installation to the hard disk, require the CD to be present in order to use the program. This is difficult because you have to change CDs every time. Virtual CD has been developed to solve this problem. With this software you can easily put a CD on your hard drive, while it is still recognized as a separate CD. Version 5.00 was recently released and has the following release notes:

Besides supporting the newest copy-protection mechanisms, there are significant improvements for your everyday work. For instance, password protection has been expanded, archiving virtual CDs is now available, speed in many of the sectors has been significantly increased, integration of network support has been improved even further, and many more features.
