Software update: Umbraco CMS 8.15.1

Umbraco is a content management system for editing and managing dynamic web pages. The whole thing is written in C# and runs on a Microsoft infrastructure. Version 8.15.1 of Umbraco has been released and the following issues have been fixed:

• `inert` attribute not being removed when calling `editorService.closeAll()`
• 404.15 Error when creating/opening a content page with a Block List picker containing alot of blocks (40+ in that case)
