Download UltraMon 2.3

The makers of UltraMon reported that a new version of this handy program is available. For example, with this piece of software that is made for users with multiple monitors, it is possible to move a screen to another monitor with a single mouse click. There is also an option to enlarge an image used as a background across all monitors. In version 2.3, the complete list with changes like this:

New tools for managing more than 10 monitors

Display Settings has several new actions: in addition to disabling/enabling secondary monitors, you can now swap the position of two monitors, set all monitors to the same display settings, and quickly arrange monitors (square, custom rectangular arrangements).

Japanese language version

A Japanese setup package as well as a separate language pack are now available. Please note that the Japanese version is only supported on Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003, it may or may not work on Windows 98/Me.

Bug fixes in 2.3

• Buffer overrun errors with long video card names (Toshiba 3500 Tablet PC)
• Smart Taskbar occasionally adds additional buttons for an application or doesn’t remove the taskbar button when the application is closed This should be fixed, please contact Support if you still experience this problem with the new version.
• Custom window buttons don’t work with Visio 2002
• Custom menu commands don’t work with mIRC 6.1
• Monitors overlap after arranging them with the mouse in Display Settings
• Smart Taskbar issues with several third-party visual styles
  • Opus Natural and Ximian: wrong height when started in locked mode
