Software Update: UltraEdit 18.10.0.1018

IDM Computer Solutions has released version 18.10.0.1018 of UltraEdit, the third update to version 18.10. This one multifunctional text editor can handle plain ascii text, but hexadecimal files and html files are no problem either. It also has features such as macros, vertical block selection, syntax highlighting, a built-in ftp client and spell checker in various languages. The following four improvements have been made in this update:

Issues Fixed in 18.10.0.1018:

• Scripting “getValue” and “getString” prompts now allow for more characters in the dialog to avoid truncating text
• Move Line Up / Down now moves entire line including wrap
• Addressed issue with display of code folding when editing file
• Addressed issues related to FTP account information storage
