Download Tweak XP 1.23

Anonymous: 12633 notifies us that there is a new TweakXP. This version (1.23) has several new tweaks for the G400 video cards and tweaks for the @Home modem. Below is the full 1.23 changelog:

-Improved RAM Optimization
-System-Folder Bug solved – caused some Installers not to work propperly
-Tweak-XP was prepared to handle non unicode translations (greek etc.)
