Software Update: SuperAntiSpyware 5.7.1008 Beta

Spread the love

A beta release of SuperAntiSpyware version 5.7 has been released. According to the creators, this program protects against more than a million threats on the Internet, including spyware, of course, but also trojans, worms and rootkits. Furthermore, it is able to remove programs that claim to protect against viruses and malware, but are in fact wolves in sheep’s clothing, the so-called rogue programs. In addition to the free version, there is also a paid variant, which includes real-time protection, automatic updates, and the ability to schedule scans. The changelog for this release looks like this:

Included in this version:

  • Identification of potentially unwanted programs and secure removal.
  • Places key tools, such as quarantine management, scan logs, and repair features in one place with a cleaner toolkit interface.
  • Streamlines self-service licensing for an easier path to retrieving and resetting license keys.
  • Added SUPERDelete file removal to the context menu in explorer.
  • More robust persistent file removal management.
