Software Update: Subsonic 5.1

After two betas, the final release of Subsonic version 5.1 has now been released. Subsonic is an open source and cross-platform media streamer, which can stream music and videos both inside and outside its own home network and to several users at the same time. The media can be accessed via a web browser on the computer and there are also apps for Android, iOS and Windows Phone, among others. Since version 5.0, the following changes and improvements have been made:

bug fix:

• Misc improvements to list mode.

• Drag and drop to rearrange playlists and play queue.
• Added buttons for toggling between thumbnail and list mode.
• Don’t remove songs from playlists if they become unavailable.
• Show toast when adding songs to queue.
• Nicer display of “No media folders found”, “New version available” etc
• Make title clickable in video thumb
• Show song count and duration in play queue.
