Software Update: Shutter Encoder 14.9

Shutter Encoder is a free program for editing and converting video files. It has an extensive list of opportunities, too long to list here. The video below this article briefly shows the most important ones. It is available for Windows, macOS and Linux and is under active development. It shows no ads and does not add a watermark. The author lives entirely on donations. Version 14.9 has just been released and the changelog for that version looks like this:
