Software update: ShareX 13.4.0

Version 13.4.0 of ShareX has been released, a version that is considered pre-release. With this open source program, both static and moving images can be captured, after which various operations can be applied. When you are satisfied with the result it can be saved to about eighty destinations, such as Flickr, Pastebin, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Amazon S3, and Streamable. The functionality can also be further expanded with self-written upload modules to customize this part as well. This release fixes some minor issues and now retrieves ffmpeg from a different location:
