A new version of PS3 Media Server has been released. This program is written in Java dlna-compliant UPnP Media Server for Sony’s PlayStation 3. PS3 Media Server is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X, and allows audio and video to be streamed to the PS3. More information about the possibilities of this program can be found at this page, which also shows some screenshots. Version 1.22.0 is again available for download only for Windows and Linux at the moment, as there is no one on the team yet able to compile the Mac OS X version. Below is a list of the major changes made in this release.

  • 48fps videos are now supported
  • Various other fixes
