The new version 3.40 can be downloaded from the PowerStrip homepage. In this release there is support for the newer video cards, such as the Radeon 9800. With the help of PowerStrip you can set a different refresh rate outside Windows, as well as different timings of the image gun. The release notes look like this:

PowerStrip 3.40 provides advanced, multi-monitor, programmable hardware support to a wide range of graphics cards – from the venerable ATI Mach 64 to the latest Matrox Parhelia and GeForce FX. It is in fact the only program of its type to support multiple graphics cards from multiple chipset vendors, simultaneously, under every Windows operating system from Windows 95 to XP. A simple menu that pops up from the system tray provides access to some 500 controls over your display hardware, including sophisticated color correction tools, period level adjustments over screen geometry, and driver independent clock controls.[break]If you have an older video card in the system, a VooDoo card or a TNT2, it is recommended to version 2.78 to use .
