Software Update: PlexTools Professional 2.32

Plextor has just updated PlexTools Professional to version 2.32. The software consists of a number of handy tools that can only be used in combination with a Plextor CD or DVD burner. For example, it can rip audio CDs, burn CDs and DVDs, play media, and provide detailed information about the drive and the discs loaded. In addition to two minor changes, a series of bugs have also been fixed. The changelog tells exactly what they are:

• General: Support for latest drives
• DAE: When extracting to single file, the skip track button is disabled

bug fix:

• General: several minor bug fixes
• Q-Check C1/C2 Test: in rare occasions,the software hangs when a test is running (with AudioCD)
• CD/DVD Copy: Copying a DVD-R multisession ‘Off The Fly’ results in a write error.
• AudioCD Maker: PTP hangs when trying to add an empty mp3 file (0 bytes)
• If we receive the message “Source disc is to large” the destination drive remains locked
• AudioCD Player: CD with large pregap: When using the slider to change the disc position, the slider jumps to another position when releasing the slider
