Software Update: Pixie 1.4.1

Pixie is an open source application that can be used to create photo-realistic renders. The development team hopes that Pixie can eventually be used in graphics studies and by people who can’t afford commercial render packages. Support for programmable shading, motion blur, depth of field, ray tracing, scan-line rendering, area-light sources and occlusion culling is included. Version 1.4.1 was released a few days ago and the release notes are unfortunately not updated yet.
