Software Update: OSD 1.0

Sjeng pointed us to OSD 1.0. There is a short description of the program on the site:

OSD, short for “on screen display” is a command-line program that excepts a text string entered by a user at the command-prompt or in a batch-file and displays this text on top of all windows on the users screen. [break] In order to run the program, it is .NET Framework needed.
