Software update: Opera 89.0.4447.38

Opera has released version 89 of its web browser of the same name. Opera uses the Blink engine. This is part of Chromium, which is also used by Google Chrome, among others. Opera is available for Windows, Linux and macOS. There are also versions for Android and iOS. In version 89, which is based on Chromium 103, Opera has improved logging in or logging in for Opera Synchronization, among other things.

Improved Opera Accounts pop-up

With Opera Synchronization, you can synchronize your Bookmarks, History, or Settings between your Opera installations. In this release, we improved the pop-up for signing up and logging into Opera Synchronization. Go to your Auth account directly from the Opera Accounts pop-up, create new Pinboards or enjoy hot deals in Shopping Corner.

If you have faced a crash when scrolling bookmarks in the bookmarks folder, Stable 89 also includes a fix for you. Minor improvements for filtered dropdown are also included in this version.
