Software update: Ocenaudio 3.1

Version 3.1 of Ocenaudio has been released. This free Brazilian sound editing program has versions for Windows, Linux and OS X. It has extensive possibilities, such as support for vst plugins and performing an operation in several places in a file at once. Opening and saving files happens in the background, so that the program remains available. There is also a spectrum analyzer and the program is very efficient with memory. The comparable Audacity has even more possibilities and therefore Ocenaudio is easier to use, especially for the novice user. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:
