Download NewsLeecher 2.3 beta 1

The developers of NewsLeecher, the program that reads messages from newsgroups and downloads files on Usenet, did not sit still after the release of version 2.1. What exactly happened to version 2.2 is not entirely clear, but registered users of this program can test version 2.3 beta 1. This release includes a much-requested, but still somewhat experimental, new feature:

• Implemented a much requested bandwidth limiter feature. The feature is still on the test stadium and might not be as accurate as wanted yet.
