Software Update: Newsbin Pro 6.61 build 4286 RC 2

The second release candidate of NewsBin Pro version 6.61 has been released. With this program files, such as photos, videos and programs, can be retrieved from usenet. It has everything you would expect from a usenet downloader, such as support for multithreading, ssl and autopar. Furthermore, there are extensive filter options and an optional Usenet search service can be used. Version 6.61 is a bug fix release for version 6.60 and should fix some minor issues.

• Fixed issue where download path from “Download to New folder” would default to main folder. Now uses group specific path if one exists.
• Fixed memory leak that turned out to be associated with the RAR reader code.
• Changed how automode works with watch lists to prevent automode from flooding RAM with loaded files.
• Made change to prevent compilation of regular expressions for internet based watch lists. Internet Search does not use RE’s
• Turn CYA SSL off. Was on in previous release for testing.
• Fixed issue sorting on path. Wash sorting pre-render.
• Changes to address potential memory leak issues in display
• Fixed issue where hide old wasn’t clearing the display till it’s re-applied.
• Added additional logging for interface to SAB Emulator.
