Software update: NetLimiter 2 beta 1

Netlimiter has reached a new milestone in the development process for version 2.0. Locktime Software has now released the first beta release of this program after five alphas. NetLimiter can view and manage all network traffic of the running processes and applications on the computer. For example, it is possible to set the upload and download speeds for different processes. Think, for example, of a P2P program that takes up so much upload that you cannot surf the internet normally next to it. The changelog for this release looks like this:

FIXED BUGS

• NetLimiter GUI crash when entering limit value.
• Fixed problem with some keystrokes like Del, Ctrl-A etc.
• Many minor bug fixes.

NEW FEATURES

• Info plugin, which displays detailed internet info about connection, applications or your computer.
• Stats export tool for traffic presentation with automatic stats exporting.
• Multi language support.
• Few improvements in Zone Stats (units, reset button, switching between zones).
• A lot of other (not so visible) improvements
