Software Update: NetBeans IDE 7.4

Oracle has released version 7.4 of NetBeans IDE. This development environment written in Java is intended for writing, compiling, debugging and implementing programs. It offers support for various programming languages, such as Java, C++ and PHP. Using Netbeans IDE requires installation of Sun’s Java SE Development Kit 6.0 update 24 or later. The development environment is under a double license release, which is a combination of CDDL 1 and GPL 2. Below is an overview of the most important changes that have been made in this release.
