Software update: Mozilla Firefox 81.0.1

Mozilla has released an update for version 81 of its Firefox web browser. In version 81, it is possible to pause and start music and video from the keyboard or headphones, even when playing in another tab or when the computer is locked. Furthermore, several small improvements have been made and problems have been fixed. Version 81.0.1 should also fix the following problems:

  • Fixed high memory growth with addons such as Disconnect installed, causing browser responsiveness issues over time ( bug 1658571 )
