Software Update: Mozilla Firefox 7.0.1

Only a few days after the release of version 7.0 of Mozilla Firefox, a successor has appeared due to a problem with some add-ons not appearing. New in 7.0 is ‘drastic’ improved memory usage. There is also Azure, which should make canvas operations under Windows faster, FireFox Sync has been improved and you can opt-in to send performance data to make Firefox better in the future. The latest version of Firefox has the following changes:

• Fixed a rare issue where some users could find one or more of their add-ons hidden after a Firefox update (see the blog post)
