Software Update: Miranda IM 0.4.0.3 build 38

Version 0.4.0.3 build 38 was published yesterday on the Miranda Developers Journal, a blog maintained by the developers of this open source chat program. Miranda can connect to AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, and IRC networks by default. More networks and functionality can be added through plugins, such as a spam filter, extra configuration options, integration with other software and customizing the interface. A changelog is not available, but from the comments on this release we can see that in addition to the necessary big fixes, the program now supports Unicode across the board:

Looks like the revolution with the Unicode language packs is over. Now almost all elements of the Unicode Miranda interface (dialogs, popup menus, strings) should be displayed on the chosen language, independently on the language of your OS (I’d been testing the French langpack on the russian XP). Please report all translation problems to me. Also numerous bug fixes, as usual.[break]The following downloads are available:
