Software update: Matomo 4.13.3

Version 4.13.3 of Matomo has been released. Matomo is an open source alternative to Google Analytics. It uses PHP and a MySQL database to do its work. The functionality can easily be expanded with plugins, of which more than twenty are included. Of course you can also disable this if certain functionality is not necessary. This release fixes some PHP 8.2 deprecation warnings discovered in Matomo 4.13.1, adds performance improvements for segments and includes some minor fixes.
