Software update: Mantis 0.19.0 alpha 2

Woudloper once again told us that the people behind Mantis, a PHP, MySQL and HTML-based bug-tracking tool, have come a step further with the development of version 0.19. The project has now arrived at the second alpha version and if no serious problems are found it will be quickly followed up by the first release candidate. The latest stable release is still 0.18.3.
